Guests share only the main entrance of the townhouse with owners who live upstairs. Cozy little separate entrance studio in the basement of my house. Has a queen size memory foam bed, comfy large couch, bean bag, 73 inch screen tv, 2 seater table, mini fridge, coffee maker, and insta pot. Bathroom stocked with soap & shampoo mini bottles. Quiet hours Sunday-Thursday is 10pm to 7am. Friday & Saturday 12am to 7am. I do have a cat that runs around upstairs and I also play music as well as take zoom calls throughout the day. At night the house is QUIET. No smoking. No parties.

Although the kitchenette doesn’t have a sink/water there is a Deer Park water cooler with hot & cold water, and supplies under bathroom sink to use for dish washing.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Fishing off the pier and possible small boat docking available. We are close to Rocky Point golf club, Baltimore yacht club, 20 minutes from Camden Yards and M&T stadium. We are 38 minutes from BWI.
