Haven er hyggelig med en god og delvist overdækket terrasse. Huset har et dejligt køkkenalrum med et stort sofaområde, spisebord samt et stort og rummeligt køkken. Parkering nemt og gratis foran huset eller i indkørslen. Der er ikke langt ind til centrum af København enten med bil eller s-tog. Perfekt bolig til en ferie eller weekend.
