An open floor plan w/studio bedroom, open living area, compact kitchen, and full bath (toilet/vanity inside, shower & soaking tub outside) are privately yours. The 2-acre property provides plenty of wildlife and is peaceful and quiet, even during the busy summer months. Kayak out onto Lily Cove or enjoy deer, bald eagles, shorebirds, rabbits, foxes, and more!

Visit the Milbridge Commons for fresh vegetables, ocean bay views, and a playground, or enjoy the movie theater and Friday night concerts at the town marina. 20 minutes to the Schoodic Point and 45 minutes to Bar Harbor.

Hummingbird

Hummingbird sits about 50 feet from our house and about 150 feet from the shore of Joy Bay. Looking out the windows, you only see woods and water. There are no neighbors in sight. We have a dog who sees it as her duty to give everyone an enthusiastic greeting. The building is 12x16 and has a small bathroom and kitchenette. For cooking, there is an induction cooktop, a toaster oven, and pots and pans. The patio is 10’ by 16’ and has a table with 2 chairs, a gas grill, and an outdoor cooktop.
