Two miles from ETBU. This gated estate built in a hundred year old pecan orchard lined by a fern covered creek offers a unique guest house stay. A private entrance leads to beautiful French doors and a wall of windows looking upon pasture land, a pond and serene East Texas Piney Woods. The guest house is newly remodeled in a classic southern style complete with green velvet floor to ceiling curtains, new flooring, carpet, a totally remodeled kitchen and bathroom with an airy loft sleeping space.

Huge screened in porch to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking a beautiful Cypress water scene! Enjoy dinner at the table on the boat dock while listening to the sounds of the birds and the water. 5 Kayaks included to launch from the boat dock or land.

Enjoy the beauty & relaxation that Caddo Lake has to offer at the Kingfisher Cabin. Our tiny home is nestled in the Goose Prairie area, located between 2 boat launches (Crip's Camp & Johnson's Ranch). We have the unique ability to provide MULTIPLE bed configurations to meet guest(s) needs -1 King , 2 twins or 1 twin. There are 2 COMPLEMENTARY kayaks for guest(s) use. Life jackets are required, & use of all equipment is at your own risk. Pets welcome, however we have a 1 pet &20lb size limit.

Guest say that our queen-size bed is the most comfortable ever! Conveniently located 1 mile from Interstate 20, 5-10 min town center.

Sunset Cabin

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

Your nightly stay includes the entire 2,500 square-foot loft, complete with 3 bell tents, sleeping up to 6 guests. Nutty’s Camp Jefferson is an indoor camping/glamping experience in the heart of historic downtown Jefferson. Nestled above a quaint little peanut butter store, it’s 3 bell tents sleep a total of 6. Decorated in a vintage camping theme, you’ll enjoy an atmosphere of camping with the comfort of the indoors, all within walking distance to great sites, shopping, & restaurants.

The Ginocchio Meyer Home

Welcome! We want to share a bit of history with you! Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience staying at this unique & intricate beautiful 1890’s home. In the 1890’s Charles Ginocchio, owner of the Ginocchio Hotel and the Ginocchio home, had this home built by C. G. Lancaster for Emile Meyers, who operated a saloon in the hotel. Emile, an immigrant from Alsace-Lorraine continued to work at the hotel for many years. During the prohibition era, he converted the saloon into a soda fountain.
