The Happy House

Make yourself at home in this quaint 3bd/2ba home, just 4 miles from Winnsboro and 35 miles from 1-20 @ Garrett Road. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a step in stand up shower. Hardwood flooring throughout with the exception of the bathrooms. High efficiency washer/dryer and 5 cup Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee pods, creamer and sugar supplied. Completely renovated with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Constructed in the early 1900s, Jacqueline's Cottage is located behind Myrtle Bank, a larger home built in 1835, which is also available for nightly and weekly rental. The cottage is tucked away in the back of the property, giving it plenty of privacy and relaxation. Together with Myrtle Bank, it makes a perfect compound for wedding parties and large family gatherings. Alone, it is a perfect retreat for long Natchez weekends, offering close proximity to downtown and the mighty Mississippi.

Nestled amongst the tall timbers of The Kisatchie National Forest you'll find respite in KK's Little Cottage. The cottage is located down a dead end gravel road that will make you feel hours from town (though you won't actually be)! Hunter's welcome! You're likely to see some type of wildlife, and it is quite possible you will hear shots fired from hunters. Welcome to our cozy space, enjoy!!

Relax with the whole family and take in the gorgeous lake views! This home sits on Black River Lake with its own private dock and boat launch. Enjoy fishing off the dock or kayaking and paddle boarding, which are provided free. This home is a 4 bedroom/2 bath that sleeps 11. James’ Petit Maison

Peaceful and charming little cabin. Only minutes from Winnsboro. Huge yard that’s great for the kids. This open floor plan cabin is great for couples or little families. It sleeps four comfortably with one queen size bed and hide a bed sofa. James’ cabin has everything that you need including kitchenette, washer & dryer, WIFI a Roku TV. This place also has covered parking.

Larger than any hotel room, this studio apartment offers space, while being located just one block from the Mississippi River.
