With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our lake house is set up to sleep up to 14 people. We provide kayaks for exploring the lake and exclusive rental of a 22' Bennington Tritoon stored at the boat dock for an additional daily fee of $400. (Book at adventurerentalsboat com). 3 little Care Bear bungalow

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

The Elm Cottage awaits with gorgeous lake views from the front and rear of the home! This amazing newly built home is stylish and a very spacious and located right on Lake Hartwell just a few miles from town and many surrounding amenities. It is perfect for families or group stays. It is professionally decorated and thoughtfully accommodated with everything you will need for relaxation and comfort so all you will need to do is make wonderful memories. Bring your boat to enhance your stay.
