This stylish loft is newly renovated and located in a historic building (cir 1900) in downtown Royston. The newly appointed studio style apartment is very spacious with over 800 sq ft. Original brick accent wall, hardwood floors & cozy decor will make you feel right at home. 20 min from I-85, Lavonia and Hartwell, 40 min from Athens and 5 min from Emmanuel Univ. Adults age 21 & over. Sorry, NO CHILDREN under age 12, due to steep stairs, & noise for other guests. SMOKE and PET-FREE environment

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Cozy Hartwell lake cottage, a peaceful place to unwind and relax, Lake front, deep water cove s clear water and almost no boat traffic. The boat dock has a large second level party deck and a 10x 28 sun deck swim platform at water level a great place to swim, fish, kayak , paddle board or just relax and enjoy the sun. The cottage has two bedrooms 1 ½ bath , full kitchen outdoor cooking and eating space, firepit. . The cottage is small but cozy with everything you need to an extended stay.

Peace of Hart "In-town"

This charming and spacious 2,100 SF home is very accommodating. The home is in close walking distance to the downtown area of Hartwell which hosts many restaurants, a brewery, shopping, and many community events. Also, the lake has access points with public parks, picnic areas, swimming, and boating options all within a few miles. The house has a small office area that is perfect for working. The house has fast wi-fi as well. Parking for a max of 4 vehicles only. No pets allowed.

Two Kayaks provided for your fun on the lake. Boat rental is also just minutes away. Cook your own food, get delivery, or five minutes to food and shopping. Fifteen minutes from I-85 and the GA SC state line. Limited to 6 guests. No exceptions.

Relaxing retreat on Lake Hartwell.

Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
