Orchard cottage.

This unique place has a style all of its own. On a working orchard so you may experience tractors spraying from time to time. Our cottage is not suitable for children. Our cottage is a 3 minute drive to the stunning Havelock North village. Beautiful views through the rows of apple trees up to Te Mata peak. So much to see only minutes from the cottage. Craggy Range winery, Arataki Honey, Birdwood Gallery, Te Mata Peak, many wineries, cycling tracks and so much more to experience.

It is part of a sustainability project with money earned from this listing going into planting land damaged by cyclone Gabriel, with natives. Situated just five minutes drive from Havelock North village and set adjacent to the Te Mata Peak park where you can enjoy the local walking, mountain biking tracks and must-see views

Situated in the side garden by the main house on a privately owned sheep farm (42 acres). Stunning views across the valley from behind the yurt and mountain views from the beautiful native garden surrounding the house. Guest bathroom is inside the main house. Our cottage is located on a quiet, no exit road only 5 minutes drive to Hastings, 7 minute drive to Havelock North, and only a 15 minute drive to Napier. There is a fantastic Farmers market every Sunday at the local Showgrounds which is only a 3 minute drive away. A cycle way runs through our road and links to several different cycle tracks covering Hawke’s Bay. Our place is good for couples, small groups and families (with kids).

Welcome to my Studio. Hi I am Breny, I love meeting people. Enjoy your own warm cosy private Studio, with its own driveway seperate from our house, and you have under cover parking. It has one room, comfy queen bed, and separate bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably and has a rural out look. You can visit some of the local wineries near by. It's 22 minutes to Napier and 7 minutes to Hastings. I look forward to meeting you.
