There is also access to the water at the ramp next door to the house! Please note: The lake is low right now due to lack of rain. Old Hancock Trail is about 3.5 miles and then curves back around making the trip about 7 miles perfect for hiking along the lake. Canyon lake Marina is 10 min drive.
