Located Near Haysi, Clinchco, Clintwood, Breaks, & Vansant VA Enjoy a private guest suite (~900 sq ft) with private entrance and full bathroom, no shared spaces with the host or other guests, your reservation only. Pricing is based on number of guests. The base rate is the first person, with each additional guest at $25 per night (up to 6 guests total). This allows solo travelers to enjoy a lower rate while still accommodating couples, families, or travelling friends.

Enjoy Wilmore Dam, or perhaps a day at Berwind Lake trout fishing, or hiking. This can be purchased with the main house or as a stand alone unit. If purchased together the price will be reduced to $40 a night. Guest will have entire space to themselves.
