It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night! The world record for brown trout (40 lbs, 4 oz) was set in May 2002 on the Little Red River, which stood until it was surpassed in 2009.
