The Boathouse is a charming self-catering cottage situated on the bank of the loch, within the picturesque Dundas Estate. This delightful property has an open plan bedroom & living area, extending to a veranda, which boasts breathtaking views across the loch, shared only with neighbouring ducks, swans and geese. Undeniably romantic, the Boathouse exudes a sense of tranquillity and peace, therefore we do not offer WIFI, allowing you to fully unwind and switch off from the outside world!

Our houseboat is a unique experience Nestled in the heart of the city centre at Liverpool Marina Yacht Club . Excellent public transport options at your doorstep and a wealth of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. We have: Free WiFi All towels provided And a welcome pack provided also We have a comfortable sitting area with leather furniture. Two really comfortable beds with smart tv's and Netflix in all rooms. Can be met at the boat or self to check in.

The Floating Boathouse at Carrickreagh FP250

A unique stay on Lough Erne. This fully floating house boat is finished to an exceptional standard. The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. A travel cot can included upon request. There is a fully functioning kitchen complete with electric hob, oven & fridge. Outside there is a Weber charcoal BBQ for guests use (fuel not included). There is a full shower room. All bedding & towels are provided.

This enormous converted barge has been fitted with 6 modern bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and power showers, allowing it to accommodate up to 16 people across 6 bedrooms over 3 floors. There are ample large social spaces both inside and outside . The Barge is accessed via its own entrance, straight off the car park. 2 upstairs dining tables seating 8 guests each. 3 large sofas in the lounge one of which is a sofa bed.

The space is sympathetically furnished and is perfect for a cosy getaway right on Lough Erne. You will have your own outdoor area complete with picnic table and charcoal bbq (fuel not inc)
