A unique tiny house, close enough to the ocean to hear the roar if the surf is big! Situated on its own private/gated lot, the house is surrounded by myrtle trees, coastal pines, and Huckleberry. To help keep the focus on FUN, and to try and live up to our "SPA claims", a hot tub, sauna, and gas fire pit are provided. A detached bath-house helps to free up more space inside for a full service kitchen. 0.7 miles to the nearest beach access, less than a mile to Driftwood Shores Resort and Beach.

The open floor plan and interior decor makes it easy to entertain with a chef’s kitchen. The patio is exposed to the elements of the Oregon Coast and captivates it’s wildlife and natural beauty. This home is equipped for entering inside and out with a jacuzzi situated off the master bedroom. Don’t forget to enjoy the river rock fireplace for those cooler evenings. We welcome you!

The Surf House w/ private beach access & hot tub!

The Surf House offers special access to one of the wildest and most beautiful stretches of the Oregon Coast. Perched on the bluffs between Heceta Head and Cape Perpetua, it offers a serene & spectacular oceanfront experience. Descend private stairs from the yard to the secluded beach below to access some of Oregon's best tide pools, agates & beachcombing. An oceanview outdoor shower, fully decked hot tub, fire pit, lush gardens, & stocked surf shack w/ arcade enrich the wild coast experience.

Bonsai Beach Cottage - Oceanfront

Just remodeled for a more spacious 400 Square feet , with two gravity recliners and a comfy queen bed and private bathroom and light eating area. We are located on a full half acre. We live in the main house and the studio is in the front of our house, not on ocean side, a View of the ocean can be seen from the kitchen window , there’s a private courtyard that takes you to the ocean. Please do not bring any cooking devices as this is not allowed, A 110 plug is there for EV chargers.

With two large balconies facing the ocean there is ample room to take in the breathtaking views with friends and family! Have a soak in either of the two ocean facing hot tubs, each with their own outdoor shower. When the day is done, have the best sleep of your life in the organic latex mattresses and silky bamboo sheets.

This is the place to get away from technology and reconnect with nature. The Cottage is one of three houses on the property - only grassy areas and river bank are shared.

Under a spell of centuries of wind and waves, Cape Perpetua awaits. Here you'll find The Carriage House, an enchanted cottage with views of tiny Dragons Cove, Laughing Gull Island, and the majestic Perpetua headland, highest point on the Oregon coast. It's hard to imagine a more pristine oceanfront setting. Two dozen harbor seals congregate and birth their young on the island.

Welcome to The Seal Cove. Relax and rejuvenate.

The Seal Cove is a cozy ground level/bottom floor retreat with a hot tub & views of the Siuslaw River from your private backyard. There is an efficiency kitchenette & small bath. High tide you can watch the seals frolicking in the cove. At low tide you can see the seals sunbathing on the sand bar just past the cove (this is how Seal Cove derived its name).
