Welcome Home! A spacious colonial in the very quiet east side of Manchester NH. A Short 2 min drive to Route 93 close to airport (MHT) and downtown Manchester. The first floor features formal dining, large kitchen, eat-in, half-bath plus Laundry, and a large open living room. The second floor features a spacious and bright master bed as well 2 other large bedrooms and 2nd bath.The finished basement is setup with a new 4K projector. The 1799 Farmhouse at the base of Pat's Peak

Have fun with the whole family at this classically restored home. Pat's Peak is next door (it's 500' up to their driveway and we provide a heavy duty trolly to pull your gear). So you can maximize your time on the slopes without having to drive anywhere. Make s'mores at the fire pit outside or have a glass of wine by the fireplace (electric) inside. There are plenty of golf courses, hiking trails, lakes and rivers nearby. We are on the Currier & Ives byway so plan your leaf peeping trip now.

Built in the 1940’s, this 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath cottage has a rustic charm, and a peaceful setting, with access to a firepit alongside waterfalls. The Hideaway Cottages are on the same road as a Par 3 Public Golf Course. Located 1.5 miles from downtown New London and in close proximity to The New London Hospital, Colby Sawyer College, Proctor Academy, Lake Sunapee & Mt Sunapee. This area is plentiful in outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, Lakes/Beaches, and several local restaurants.
