She has her own large sundeck, sunken outdoor bath and cinema, sun recliners, fire pit & far reaching rural views. You can just relax in the rural retreat or explore the local area, where you will find, wild swimming, hiking in the Black Mountains, Forest of Dean or the scenic Wye Valley. Escape to Outshot Barn for a true country getaway on a working farm. Immersed in rural tranquillity you can make the most of the great outdoors, heading out for walks and bike rides straight from your front door. Summer days are spent splashing in the swimming pool (open Easter-October half term, weather dependant) and cooking on the barbecue, while on cooler evenings you can curl up in front of the woodburner. Ideal for small families, the children will adore meeting the farm animals.

The Owl House is found in a secluded spot at Wern-y-Cwm Farm. The stunning courtyard garden has a William Holland copper outdoor bath, firepit, BBQ, seating & sun loungers; everything you need for a relaxing break. Originally the blacksmith's workshop, the Forge has been converted with architectural flair to create an airy open living space with a huge super-king bedroom downstairs + roll top bath and washroom. Additional mezzanine area with built in bed, and below a second bathroom (WC/shower). Large and lofty sitting room with widescreen TV and sprawling sofas. One of 7 luxury White Heron Properties on our 700 acre farm. Pool use 8am-12midday ONLY, May-Sept.

The Cabin by the Pool

Self-contained luxury cabin set in our country garden with views across a large, heated outdoor swimming pool which is for your exclusive use. A raised deck captures the afternoon and evening sun and a fire pit area with blankets makes for cosy evenings stargazing. The Cabin is air-conditioned, has a Super-King size bed, luxurious cotton sateen linen and a stylish shower room with fluffy towels. There is fast WiFi, a smart TV, Bose sound system and a well equipped kitchen.

2 bedroom cottage in the heart of Monmouthshire

A delightful two bedroom cottage detached from our property set in an idyllic, unspoilt valley overlooking a large natural swimming pool. Located in-between the towns of Abergavenny and Monmouth and nestled within view of the black mountains from our lane. We are close to the Offa's Dyke and the Three Castles walks. 'The Halfway' pub is 3/4 mile down our lane. Abergavenny is known as the ‘food capital’ of Wales and boasts some superb restaurants nearby.

“Wild-Wood” Shepherds Hut

Escape to a romantic shepherd’s hut on the Worcestershire/Herefordshire border, surrounded by countryside in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Located just off the Worcestershire Way, it’s ideal for walkers and nature lovers. Enjoy 2 complimentary hours at the Wild Wood UK Wellness area, with a natural swimming pool, hot tub and sauna from 6–8pm. Dog-friendly with an enclosed garden and its own private hot tub. Free parking and access to superb shared facilities including the retro games room and tennis court. It’s ideal for a family of five or 2 couples with flexible bed arrangements - 2nd room can be twin or super king layout.

Billy Goat Cabin and Swimming Pool

We offer a restful, rustic, rural retreat. Our 3 sites are situated either side of a small woodland on our farm and in a third corner of the field. The Cabin plus 2 small bedrooms offer beds for 8. Our shepherds hut and Railway Wagon both offer a kingsize bed. Perfect for groups to book together making the site exclusive. The indoor heated swimming pool is a hugely popular attraction which guests can use exclusively during their visit.

The Bothy - unique & charming

The bothy has been converted to a unique level, combining the best of modern facilities and materials without sacrificing any of the original charm of this timber framed, slate roofed building. Enjoying unrivalled views across the Sugar Loaf and Black Mountains, the bothy is the perfect nest from which to embark on wide-ranging walks or snuggle up with a book while the weather passes across the enormous viewing window.
