A converted 18th century Coaching Inn, the Coach House is a mix of contemporary and character that aims to provide a luxurious feeling, but with all the little things that make you feel right at home. The village of Heversham provides easy access to the lakes and coastline alike. Walk from the door up Heversham hill, for stunning views of the Cumbrian fells and estuary. There are a variety of cafes and pubs in the local area. We provide a warm welcome to all, dogs and children especially.

We offer guests a contact free stay in our detached studio suite in the Lake District.To refresh the studio and to complete intensive cleaning we block off a day either side of every booking. The studio has a king-sized bed, dining table & chairs, a very comfortable sofa, TV, lobby, wet room, small kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, tableware, cutlery. Tahn is the smallest of our luxury camping pods, with it's own kitchen and shower room, it sleeps two adults with a travel cot available for one infant. An ideal woodland base for lovers of the great outdoors Just 4 miles south of Kendal, on the edge of the Lake District National Park, and on the Bay Cycleway. Sizergh Castle, Levens Hall and other amenities are close by. Local walks and easy access by car to the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and the Silverdale and Arnside AONB.

Church View Cottage, Beetham

Nestled within the picturesque village of Beetham, Church View Cottage is a beautifully renovated former alehouse dated late 1700. The historic Cumbria village of Beetham stands at the northern edge of the Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The cottage provides a unique holiday retreat on the outskirts of the stunning Lake District World Heritage Site, the Yorkshire Dales and also within easy reach of Leighton Moss and Foulshaw Moss Nature Reserves.

Farmhouse Lodge

Delightful, private and tranquil lodge located at the bottom of the large private Farmhouse garden. Fabulous views and walking distance to local pubs. It is a 50 metre walk from the parking area to the Lodge. There is free Wifi in the Lodge and good mobile signal. This place is a retreat for you to truly unwind, relax & get away from it all, or use as a base for exploring the local area and the Lake District. Unfortunately it is not suitable for children or infants.

No.26 Kendal is a beautiful cosy cottage

No.26 is a traditional cottage situated on Greenside, which is a beautiful picturesque area of Kendal. The cottage overlooks the village green and consists of a cosy sitting room with log burner, kitchen/dining room, and WC on ground floor. The first floor accommodates a beautifully decorated double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.

The Luxury Loft is situated within the West Wing of the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. We hope to provide guests with a comfortable yet memorable home from home experience. The Loft offers spectacular views over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position. Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and luxurious getaway. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.

Full width balconies on two floors with plenty of space to sit outside under cover and enjoy the views. Approximately 10 miles from Bowness on Windermere and Newby Bridge. Equally well located for walks on the Lakeland fells or the Yorkshire three peaks. Excellent road cycling and plenty of near-by mountain biking.
