Apartment in the green hills of Vienna

The apartment is on the outskirts of Vienna in the old village of Ober. St. Veit. You can go for a walk or run in the Lainzer Tiergarten, go mountain biking in the Wienerwald or eat ice cream in front of the church in Ober St. Veit. Still, you can quickly get to the center, the next subway and S-Bahn station can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. To Schönbrunn it takes 15 minutes - on foot it's a wonderful walk through the Hietzinger villa district, although it takes a little longer.

It is in walking distance of Schönbrunn Palace and Schönbrunn zoo. The U4 line takes you to the centre of Vienna in 12 minutes. The flat is newly renovated, with a large double bed in one bedroom and twin beds in another, a fully equipped cooking and dining area, 2 TVs, wifi, bluetooth speaker, washing machine and dryer.

Von der Schnellbahnstation Atzgersdorf mit der S-Bahn zum Belvedere/Quartier Belvedere und zum Hauptbahnhof- weiter mit U1 zum Stephansplatz.

The apartment is equipped with all amenities: fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine, kettle and cooking utensils, modern bathroom with waterfall shower, comfortable bed and sofa. The entire furniture is brand new and lovingly selected by us.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
