Welcome to the Victorian Wing cottage at Stockham Farm, one of two luxury dog friendly self catering holiday cottages on our farm in the heart of the Exmoor National Park, yet only just over a mile from the charming small town of Dulverton, the Southern gateway to Exmoor. The farm is in a truly idyllic and tranquil location atop a hill with fabulous panoramic views in all directions. Over recent years the cottages have been renovated, refurbished and maintained to an extremely high standard.

Surridge Cottage - Peaceful retreat

Surridge Cottage is an idyllic cottage set within it's own private garden on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage has been fully renovated and decorated to a luxuriously high standard. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and take in the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside either sat in the hot tub or snuggled up inside by the wood burner. It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Comfortable open plan living, dining and kitchen space, and separate utility room for washing and drying after a day’s walking. Excellent wi-fi. Dog friendly with private garden and 1 parking space. Byre Cottage is in the heart of Exmoor, whilst Dulverton is only a 5 min drive.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

New in September 2022, a lakeside log cabin in a tranquil setting in Exmoor National Park with stunning lake views and direct access to Wimbleball Lake. This is a dog-friendly location and is perfect for those that enjoy walking, water sports or simply just relaxing. There are kayaking, sailing and stand-up paddle boarding available just an 8 minute walk away along the shore of the lake. A secluded location in a designated dark sky area and ideally situated to explore Exmoor National Park.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Pretty Cottage & Private Garden Dulverton, Exmoor

Woodleigh is a pretty, comfortable cottage, in its own quiet, beautiful private garden just a few minutes' walk from Dulverton's shops, awarding-winning restaurants and pubs. With a large log fire, wooden beams and located inside Exmoor National Park, it's the perfect base to explore the beautiful scenery and wildlife, or just relax. There's free, off-street parking. During June, July and August, there is access to an outdoor pool, with deck, sunloungers and dining table.

Stay on Exmoor with stunning views - The Shippen

A thousand feet above sea level, close to some of Exmoor's most stunning locations, our lovely home has sweeping views of the Barle Valley towards Tarr Steps. Ponies, horses and red deer live in the surrounding fields while freerange chickens roam the road. The glorious hillside walk to Tarr Steps is about an hour and amazing Exmoor riversidewalks are a 5 minute drive away...as is the glorious sweep of Winsford Hill and sunsets over the moor. EV charging available.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Nestled on the edge of our family small holding on Exmoor with a herd of Red Devon cows, horses, chickens, sheep and dogs. Vegetables home grown and available through summer months, pick your own raspberries June/ July. With have breathtaking views, dark skies, endless walks and bike tracks right on the doorstep. If you want to relax, unwind and enjoy this area of outstanding beauty this is the place to be.

Swallow Barn is within walking distance of Haddon Hill and is conveniently located for the pretty towns of Dulverton, Bampton and Wivliescombe with Exeter and Taunton a little further afield. Endless walking on exmoor and both the north and south coast beaches to visit.
