This historic Victorian home on the campus of Hillsdale College is located 1 block from the football field. Great for weekend games, parent's weekend, Alumni events, or visiting relatives in the area. Over 3700 sq. ft. of indoor living area, plus over 800 sq. ft. of covered outdoor porch which is great for sitting, reading, or taking a nap. Dining area seating for 8. Third floor is one large open space with knotty pine walls. It has the vibe of a cabin up north. Must be 25 years of age to rent.

Lake Berry hideaway

This is a Lake house on Berry Lake. Enjoy the lake sitting on the porch enjoy your drink of choice while watching the ducks and swans swim across the lake. Bring your fishing poles and fish from the dock. You can launch your canoe or kayaks from the community beach area just a short distance from the house. We are close to Hillsdale College, antique shops, other lakes, and Amish stores. Our home is fully stocked with bedding, towels, laundry supplies, kitchen supplies, as well as internet.

Our cozy home offers a great location on Clear Lake with only a short walk to the sandy Public Beach, as well as the Public Access where you can put in your water toys! The backyard has ample space for parking in the 3 car driveway, a fire pit, grill, and a small back deck. Across the street is a Clear Lake conservation area with pet friendly walking trails! There is a nearby dog park, and an ice-cream shop down the street.
