The large master bedroom is a perfect romantic retreat. If kids or extra family are in the mix, they will love the bunk house loft it will surely please with its 3 comfortable beds! (Please note that the loft has a low ceiling height & ladder steps.) Your family will enjoy lots of outdoor space on this extra large property!

Twin Peaks Rentals-Mara’s House

(Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.) Mara’s House is part of the Twin Peaks Rentals property located in the San Juan Mountains in Lake City, Colorado. The house is located only a short walk away from shops, restaurants and historic buildings, churches and movie theater. Mara’s House has cable tv, WiFi, washer and dryer. But let me encourage you to get out and take a stroll and see what Lake City is all about.

Grimes Creek runs behind it during spring and early summer. The creek is great for digging up worms for fishing or collecting in your bucket! Gaze at the Milky Way and roast s’mores! The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th
