Quiet cabin nestled in the mountains near all that Southwest Colorado offers. One mile from the lake and the national forest hiking, fishing, biking, and more. 45 minutes from Durango with shopping, rafting, DSNGRR Train, mountain biking, and hiking. Relax, unplug, and make memories. Amongst 100' tall Blue Spruce trees sit on the porch or firepit for evening smores. Livingroom, kitchen, and bedroom on the main floor with 2 twin beds. Upstairs (steep stairs) has a king bed and queen-sized futon.

Sit on the porch and listen to the creek while the trees sway in the breeze or enjoy a walk through the country roads to the north or head to the southeast towards Vallecito River. The beauty here is magnificent and can be seen inside through the window while napping on the couch or taking it all in outside on a walk or a jog! There are nearby trails to Lake Eileen or Middle Mountain if you’re more adventurous. A nap in a hammock is a must!

With Vallecito Lake views and direct access off your large private deck, walking to the lake is as easy as "Lets Go" The large master bedroom is a perfect romantic retreat. If kids or extra family are in the mix, they will love the bunk house loft it will surely please with its 3 comfortable beds! (Please note that the loft has a low ceiling height.) Your family will enjoy lots of outdoor space on this extra large property!
