State park nearby. Room to park boat/rv. High speed wifi, Hd tv antenna and Xfinity streaming w/peacock. Both bedrooms have queen size beds w/private bathrooms. Home is a duplex with private driveways & entrances on separate streets. Pool is private, not shared. Pool can be heated for $50 or less per day!

Tropical "Zen" Garden in back. The heated pool is in a very private setting next to the cottage. Newly remodeled Bathroom, New Flooring throughout, and a new Mini-Split, Air Conditioner. The entire cottage is freshly painted. The cottage is half a block from the train tracks. This is part of the old Florida charm.

Don’t book if you don’t like dogs, our dogs live on the property but are kept separated from guests. Cannot accommodate service dogs as it is a shared space.
