Entire two story 3 bedroom home in a peaceful neighborhood overlooking Horsetooth Reservoir. It’s walking/biking distance to Horsetooth Reservoir, Horsetooth Mountain Park & Lory State Park. Come relax and enjoy one of Colorado’s best lakes and trail systems. We’re 20 minutes from downtown Fort Collins & 45 min to Rocky Mountain National Park. Queen bed in each room, two bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, loft/office area, washer/dryer, and a rear deck with a grill. + 2 paddle boards & kayak

This is a one-of-a-kind find. It's the entire main-level of a home on the edge of endless nature, yet close enough to Fort Collins/CSU to drive there in 20-minutes. It's a hand crafted home with lots of character. Complete with gas fireplace, steam room, bidet, patio and incredible hiking access! Owner lives in the upper level year round and is always handy with recommendations for fun entertainment etc.. Short term boat/trailer parking allowed and is just a 2-minute drive from the boat ramp!

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

The property features a well-stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, gas fire pit, deck, patio, hot tub, pull-through driveway, paddleboards, and a kayak! Enjoy our local Horsetooth Tavern for food and music, or head into Old Town!

Plum Street House

Located in Old Town Fort Collins on Plum Street, one block from Colorado State University, and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. This is a brand-new carriage house. It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.

Gated Historic Barn House - Near CSU and Stadium!

Welcome to our renovated, historic barn house! Built the same year that nearby CSU opened in 1879, the original barn has been completely remodeled with a bar, huge living area with ping pong table, oversized sectional sofa, tables, and three HD 65-inch flatscreen tvs, an HD flatscreen tv in the bar, plus a full bath, including a claw-foot tub. The open loft provides a queen-sized bed and three twin beds for over-flow company.
