Acerca de 4 km para Norte, a partir da cidade da Horta, fica a Praia do Almoxarife. No espaço " a moagem" há vida em cada recanto, no jardim existe uma cisterna d' água e uma eira. Apresenta uma arquitetura de traça tradicional, que remonta ao início do século passado. N' a moagem pratica-se uma filosofia com base no tradicional e sustentável. Surrounded by 2,000 m2 of garden and farmland, with fantastic views of Horta Bay. Built in 1927 by Jaime Ferreira da Gama, grandfather of Jaime Gama, former President of the Portuguese Assembly, it was acquired in 1950 by our family and restored in 2006. It is located 850 m from the city center and 700 m from the Ferry Port. Enjoy this peaceful home with ample outdoor space, overlooking the fantastic views of Horta Bay.

Casa Monte Queimado in Porto Pim

Our restored fisherman’s cottage is located in the heart of Porto Pim, in the desired seaside parish of Horta. From the outside terrace you have a commanding view of the beautiful bay to your left and the bustle of the harbour to your right. The home is perched on the side of of Monte Queimado which forms one of the three natural reserves on Faial island, being part of the marine protected area Baía das Caldeirinhas.
