Lakefront Cabin is 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake is lowered in the winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish).Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one with tub/shower and the other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to the lake. We have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”

It has a full luxury kitchen, LG frontload w/d, king beds, original art, estate furniture, and amenities. This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Enjoy relaxing on the back porch with your favorite beverage while watching the sun rise or set over Lake Hamilton. Take a stroll along the lake front property of the complex on the boardwalk that connects you to the lakeside swimming pool or walk in our quiet residential neighborhood. Bring your personal watercraft and launch from the private boat landing then park in the private boat slip steps away from the back porch. Our quiet cove also is a great place for SUP and kayak enjoyment.

Bayou Lake House on Lake Hamilton

Spacious Lake Hamilton home on a large, quiet cove with convenient access to everything Hot Springs has to offer. Shopping, dining, Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, Mid-America Science Museum, and historic downtown are all less than 10 minutes away. This three-bedroom home is fully furnished and has all the amenities. We don’t charge extra if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Come play on the lake or just relax and enjoy the view with a beautiful sunset.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and walk back up to the parking spot which is under a carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in cove will be minimal.

It is centrally located, so you are within 5 minutes of Oaklawn and less than 10 minutes to downtown and the famous Bathhouse Row.
