Although it is "dated", it is cozy, clean, affordable, has 2 free off street parking spaces and is .6 of a mile to downtown. -3 separate rentals on property. -Shared parking BEHIND the house. -Must walk down outside stairs to entrance. -YOU WILL HEAR FOOTSTEPS & NOISE IF THERE ARE GUESTS STAYING UPSTAIRS. -Curtain on patio for added privacy. -We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. -No hot tub -NO LOCALS

The Robin’s Nest Cabin is located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It’s rustic on the outside yet filled with modern amenities. Enjoy woodland views while relaxing in the hot tub or sit back at the fire pit and enjoy s’mores and your favorite beverage. The property is also surrounded by wooded trails that lead to a waterfront cove on Lake Hamilton. Kayaks are available for use Mar.-Oct. This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

The Little House

Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea from the comfort of a cozy cottage nestled on a wooded hillside. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

Bayou Lake House on Lake Hamilton

Spacious Lake Hamilton home on a large, quiet cove with convenient access to everything Hot Springs has to offer. Shopping, dining, Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, Mid-America Science Museum, and historic downtown are all less than 10 minutes away. This three-bedroom home is fully furnished and has all the amenities. We don’t charge extra if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Come play on the lake or just relax and enjoy the view with a beautiful sunset.
