Grandma's House in the Heart of the Black Hills

Grandma's House is in the heart of the Black Hills, located 1 mile from Hill City, it is minutes away from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and more. It sits alone on the edge of a meadow with hills directly behind it and a small, bubbly creek in front of the house. It has plenty of room for kids to run and play outside, and a cozy, quaint inside for families to enjoy each other's company. Grandma’s House is available for extended stays November thru April. Off grid yurt in the pines, with great view of mystic miner and Terry peak above, on mile 100 of beautiful Mickelson trail. Get away to nature (with style and a unique stay)....goulay. not for non-outdoorsy as there is only a half bathroom outhouse, no running water (you get to port it in, great spring pump at nearby Englewood trail-head on Mickelson and running stream for a dip at bottom of hill), no electricity, and a great little wood stove. It is in a small town quiet neighborhood three blocks from the World Famous Mammoth Site, a ten minute walk from historic downtown Hot Springs with Evans Plunge Natural Hot Springs, 15 minute walk from renowned Moccasin Hot Springs and area restaurants. It is very convenient to Wind Cave National Park, Angostura State Park and Lake, Custer State Park and all Black Hills attractions.
