Fenced in backyard with patio furniture/fire pit. No Parties allowed. A $500 fee will be charged to the guest in the event of a party. No pets allowed, a $250 fee will be charged for violating that rule. Security cameras in backyard and doorbell.

This property may not be suitable for guests with children who are non swimmers as there is an open pool on the property. This is a non-smoking property inside and out.
