Welcome to the newly remodeled River Cabin. The cabin sits on an acre with 70 feet of PRIVATE Arkansas River frontage. Fish the day away from your own private shore or just lounge by river and listen to the river flow. This small cabin boasts a comfy Queen bed, stocked kitchen and full bath. There is plenty of parking for large vehicles, RVs, trailers, rafts, paddle boards, etc. Short 15 minute drive to Historic Salida, CO with easy access to highway. Great hiking close by. Pets welcome with fee

The River Sweet

My river property is located right on the edge of the Arkansas river in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The property is comfortably accessed by the highway with ample parking for 4 automobiles. At the same time there is 1200’of private river access with a large comfortable access via boating and wading. Our property is really all about the river. In the spring, summer and fall the river can really be moving. This provides an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sounds, birds and pastoral scene.

Spacious home located on alpaca farm. Quiet and private, storage space for bikes, ski gear etc. Large open living with living room/dining room/reading area/kitchen and two bedrooms with spacious bathroom. Bathroom has shower only (sorry- large soaking tub is in other apartment, which is adjoining to family apartment). Perfect get-away, rent both sides to sleep 8-10. Fully stocked and supplied. Fresh farm eggs and coffee/tea/hot chocolate/cream included. Collect your own eggs, if you want!

Built-in 2015, it's featured in the "Small House Book" by Lloyd Kahn. It's clean and modern yet warm and cozy. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds (AC in bedrooms). The main living space has a garage door that opens to the back patio. It's a hop, skip, and a jump from all you need, from biking and hiking trails, restaurants, shops, the playground, the amphitheater, and the river. Our short-term rental license number for the city of Salida is 0511.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful walk out basement apartment. Located on 60 acres with easy access to highway 50. Halfway between Salida, CO and the Royal Gorge. It's a 1 hour drive to Monarch ski resort. Great location for hunting camp or a quiet weekend with family or friends. The Cotopaxi store is a 15 min drive. They have a little restaurant, basic groceries, fishing licenses and gas station. We are located 15 mins from the Arkansas River for rafting and fishing.
