We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the entrance to the fair as well as the Katy trail. We have a cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit with a 70” tv that can fit 4 individuals comfortably. Hungry? We are located 1 block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurants. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

Located near Whiteman Air Force Base, Warrensburg, and Sedalia, this property offers a comfortable and convenient stay. It features two bedrooms and one bathroom, as well as a pull-out couch in the living room. The fully-stocked kitchen is equipped with baking utensils, snacks, and spices, making it easy to prepare meals. A laundry room with a washer and dryer and a fully fenced-in backyard as well.

Spacious 2 bedroom earth contact house on 22 wooded acres. Relax at this quiet country retreat. Hike the trails or sit under the huge trees and enjoy nature. The house and grounds are clean and well kept, and are just 3 1/2 miles from the city limits. We offer many amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped. 1 king bed, 1 queen, plus a queen hide-a-bed couch in the living room. Laundry facilities. No step entry into the house, all doorways are 36 inches wide, open concept living /dining space.

In the heart of Sedalia's Southwest side, Mom's Place is nestled in a peaceful & friendly neighborhood. Built in 1954 by our Grandpa, this custom home features wood floors, built-in bookcases, and windows galore. These charms provide natural light and uniqueness to the home with the convenience of modern amenities. Mom still talks about her dad losing sleep when building this house, as the original owners requested an Upside-Down Roof. Amazing home for 71 years old! Must see!

Charming Log Home

Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.

MO Valley College Families are welcome, perfect place to stay during games.
