Step into the hot, bubbling jets of the jacuzzi, or warm caress of the rain shower, and restore your spirits by soothing your muscles, melting away any residual tensions of the day. Get a restful sleep in one of our soft beds. In the morning, pad around on in-floor radiant heated floors (so cozy during winter-time.) Or enjoy your morning coffee on one of four outside decks. And don’t forget to solve the mystery of the Treehouse, that awaits your discovery within its wood beamed walls. This treehouse was custom designed by its architect with three dimensional chess in mind. Artisan architectural details are found throughout. Crystal chandeliers bedeck its high ceilings, and marble countertops grace the elegant, fully appointed kitchen. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Home was built in 2024 so everything is new. We offer 2 bedrooms and 1 bath for a standard stay. During winter months of snow, we allow our guests to use the garage to further enhance their stay while by remaining warm/dry If you want to use the golf hitting bay or basketball court. Please contact the owner directly. Depending on the time of year some facilities might not be available. Additional fees for basketball court or golf hitting bay.

The Writers Cabin-Sauna/hot tub/river access

Welcome to the Writer’s Cabin at Wilder Retreat on the Saint Croix. A place to unplug and unwind. Designed to slow you down and reconnect you with nature. This thoughtfully designed tiny cabin blends beauty and comfort, with access to the saint croix river and use of wood-fired sauna and wood-fired hot tub and outdoor shower. The cabin features a queen bed in the loft, cooktop, solar power, and a pump sink. A gas fireplace keeps things cozy in the winter months. Come to rest. Leave restored.

The Little Red Barn @Three Acre Woods

This is our little glamping barn! There is electricity and the covered patio has a small fridge, microwave, camp stove, and bbq grill. No running water inside. Living room and one bedroom with a queen bed on the first level. The loft has a full bed and room for a sleeping bag or two for more guests. An out house and outdoor shower. I have added an Arctic Ice cooler for hot nights! But no AC. There is a nice fire pit, playground, and goats to play with! Warning: The cats love to visit!

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."

Cast Away - on Indian Lake - Maple Lake, 1 of 2

This beautiful little cabin sits on the water edge on Indian Lake. Great Lake to fish on. There is a swimming raft that you can swim to along with a paddle boat. Great access to snowmobile trails. This is a small place on a septic system. Not far from Annandale or Maple Lake . 2 vehicle parking. Please note docks come out of water labor day weekend each year. Pontoon rental $200 per day with Gas, $50 cleaning fee if not clean. Fish house rental available.
