Inside: multi-game tables with pool, air hockey, and chess, movie room, an addt. TV area w/ fireplace. There are 2 King bedrooms, and bunkroom (5 beds).

Welcome to our Cozy Cabin Retreat just 19 minutes north of Sandpoint. 4 acres of mature cedar trees and the crystal clear pack river. Perfect for couples or large groups, our property features an additional dry lodging cabin you can add to your booking based on your party’s needs. We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep. Bring your boat! You will have access to community waterfront and your own boat slip (accommodating boats up to 20 ft) , boat lift and dock space. This home is secondary waterfront & a steep 10 minute walk to/from the water. This modern home is as luxurious as it is comfortable. Just 15 min to Sandpoint, ID (5 min by boat) and 35 min to Schweitzer Ski Resort. After a day of skiing on the mountain, or playing on the lake, you can enjoy the covered hot tub and soak in the sunset and view.

Our guests rave about the view from the front deck and the visits from the woodland animals. Indoors you will have plenty of space to sit and play games, read a book or just relax. The well appointed open kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. And don't forget about the soaking tubs after a long day of hiking or skiing. We are only 30 minutes from Schweitzer ski resort and Silverwood Theme Park and 10 minutes from Sandpoint. So much so close....skiing, hunting, kayaking, hiking and great dining!

The home is minutes from skiing, riding, snowmobile in winter. Spring and Fall weekend events. This home puts you in the center of it all!
