Cozy private suite in the lower level. Guests have the suite to themselves. The bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go . Not suitable for staycations. Quiet area. The lighted screened porch and open deck sit above the west creek near the banks of the Middlefork River -- enjoy nature at its midwestern best. This home is surrounded by oaks, maples, and walnut trees, so the birds are all around, along with other wildlife. Down the hill is the Middlefork, designated as a "National Scenic River".

Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.
