We’re 10-15 minutes from everything, to the beach, to the grocery stores and amazing eateries. Our home is situated on a .5 acre on the outskirts of a pond and some pretty amazing neighbors, but most everyone keeps to themselves. The suite has a private entrance (French doors), larger than mini-fridge, microwave (doubles as an air-fryer), Nespresso coffee, a full size closet & a small kitchen sink built into a buffet cabinet; No laundry on site (yet), but everything is only a short drive away.
