Canal access to Halls River & Homosassa River for flats boats or pontoon boats only. Must be able to lower bimini to go under Halls River Bridge. Property includes three kayaks and one canoe.

The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Includes Wifi, 2TVs, washer/drier, fire pit, grill, coffee maker. Enjoy sunsets, nature walks, and fishing from the docks. Clean, Clean, Clean! EVERYTHING is washed after each guest including sheets, towels, All blankets, bed comforters, and even decorative pillow cases. All handles, knobs, remotes and shower are sanitized.

The Rustic Bear Cabin is located in Crystal River on 1.16 acre, surrounded by woods & close to the Springs. Very cozy and relaxing. Our TV has a Firestick, so bring your streaming accounts and relax night away after you retire from roasting Smores on the outdoor firepit. A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.
