“Il Palmento” di Villa Clelia 1936

Immerso in un antico uliveto di circa quattro ettari, il nostro Palmento è a disposizione dei viaggiatori desiderosi di scoprire l’incantevole costa jonica della Calabria. La casa è affittata ad uso esclusivo, totalmente ristrutturata ed è dotata di ogni comfort. Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

Si trova a pochi minuti dal Parco Nazionale di Llogara e a soli 15 minuti di macchina da alcune delle spiagge più belle dell'Albania. È il luogo perfetto per prendersi una pausa dalla vita frenetica e godersi la quiete della natura. Nelle vicinanze si trovano un market, una sorgente di acqua fresca e uno dei ristoranti storici della zona dove potrete provare la cucina tradizionale albanese.

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.
