Located in a quiet neighborhood with a 5 minute walk to private beach, crystal clear water of Lake Huron. This home offers a completely remodeled bathroom and spacious bedrooms. 2 bed/1 bath on the lake Van Ettan. Downstairs is a long term rental. They don't have access to your living area. House completely remodeled last year. 2 bedrooms: one queen bed and one king bed. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A/C in master bedroom. Kitchen has everything you'll need to cook a great meal. Kitchen table is spacious - seats six. TVs in each of the bedrooms and one in the living room. Outdoor deck has seating for 4. Washer/dryer.
