Dedicated workspace. Large sectional sofa and coffee table. Entertainment includes 55 in Smart TV & High speed internet Queen bed & all linens. Also cotton sheets Bath has walk in frameless shower. Enjoy the lake views from the comfort of your own 1,000 square foot cottage. The Guest Cottage is located off of the main channel with 235 feet of shoreline! Spend your time indoors, outdoors, in the lake, on the beach or in the canoe - something for everyone! Come visit us and enjoy a bit of "Lake Life!"

The Old Welding Shop

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful setting. Close to interstate 77 and 40, this rural farm is rustic elegance. With a library for the family and a home theater with classic DVD's, you have plenty to do even on rainy days. The bedroom has a king bed, and the main room has a trundle with two twins and a futon sofa. The 900 sq. ft. guesthouse you'll stay in, was the old welding shop from years ago and gives you access to walking trails and the farm burn pit.

Relax and immerse yourself in Lake Norman's culture at The Loft on Lakeshore. Whether it be a couple's getaway, special occasion, a quick stop while traveling or scouting out the LKN area, we welcome you! Located in a quiet neighborhood only 1.5 miles off I-77, the Loft is a private second floor guesthouse overlooking Lake Norman. You'll also have access to an outdoor balcony, kayaks, paddle boards, the lake, beach, fire pit, and gazebo.

Only 5 minutes away from Lake Norman State Park where you may enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, and boating! Chickadee Farms a quick drive across Troutman (5 miles distance). Downtown Mooresville is a 10 minute drive from the house where there are numerous restaurants / bars and entertainment such as indoor rock climbing, go carting, movies, bowling, and billiards.
