Located 5 minutes from heritage town Abbeyleix in co. Laois is Villa Jokubas a log cabin village set on a hill overlooking surrounding countryside. All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Our Wooden Bedford Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted to house a King Size bed upper deck plus a single bunk. Guests have private access to our river beach, firepit & BBQ. In addition you can book a private Finnish Sauna & River Plunge experience in our converted horse box (at an extra charge).

The Still Retreat is a private, self-contained apartment attached to our family home, located just 10 minutes from Killarney town in the heart of Muckross. The “retreat” is equipped with a sauna, ice bath, outdoor shower and fire pit overlooking Mangerton Mountain. Perfect for hikers, outdoor enthusiasts or individuals just looking to relax and escape to the countryside. The location is quiet and secluded and yet still just a short, scenic walk from the town of Burtonport.
