The property covers 35m2 and can accommodate the following number of people: 2+1. In the apartment there is one bedroom, one living room where one person can sleep on sofa, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with private part of the garden equiped with grill and garden furniture. Kitchen is equiped with table and chairs for every person; kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, dish clothes, electric cooker, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine. It consits of 3 modernly furnished mobile homes, just a few minutes walking distance to the beach and Punat town center. The mobile homes are for 4 persons, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a possibility for 2 extra persons to sleep on the couch in the living area. There is a common swimming pool available with a sun deck where guests can relax and enjoy the summer holiday.

Very cosy and functional studio, 1/2 indoor and 1/2 outdoor with beautiful seasight. Designed by the owner (architect) in minimal style but respecting local traditions. Excellent for relax, meditation or yoga sessions. Particularly suitable as artist or writers retreat, especially in the offseason. Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in Pješčana Uvala in der Nähe des Waldes Soline, 4 km von der antiken Stadt Pula entfernt. In der Nähe des Hauses befinden sich zwei Strände: Pješčana Uvala und /oder Uvala Soline, beide ca. 700 m entfernt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Innerhalb von 5 km befinden sich mehr als 20 Badestrände. Kap Kamenjak in der Nähe von der Ortschaft Prementura ist unbedingt sehenswert.

It has a large comfortable bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom, covered terrace, private parking.
