In a religious moshav halfway between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Unit with separate entrance (stairs), bedroom with double bed, bathroom, living room and kitchenette. A sofa that opens to a double bed. A huge balcony facing a stunning view of a green forest. It´s a beautiful walk from the unit to the forest. The gate of the moshav is closed on shabbat.

Close to the beach, Dizengoff, Nachlat Benyamin and Shankin street and yet the most quiet street in town. The apartment has been renovated just recently, keeping its authentic Tel Aviv design and vibe. The City Museum, Bialik House and the iconic square are just down the stairs and excellent restaurants and cafes are all around, No private parking. No smoking, no pets.

The apartment is located In a very quiet neighborhood close to a green park also very close to shopping centers, bars and restaurants. There are some very good orthopaedic mattresses for a good night sleep and everything in the apartment is completely new !!!
