The Quarters at Rockwater is a 4-unit complex located along the Arkansas River Trail which is a biking & pedestrian trail that links the downtowns of Little Rock and North Little Rock and extends to scenic routes beyond. A mix of downtown vibrancy and small-town community make this a win-win option for guests who can also choose between the rental of only one unit or even all four. Unit A is a first level, 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt with an open kitchen, dining, and living space with private patio.

Apt is 1 of 4 in a bldg 100' behind our home on 5 acres in a beautiful valley near the end of a private, tree-lined, dead-end rural road near LRAFB & Pine Valley Golf Course, secluded & quiet yet close to the city. 560sf apt has a 190sf BR with king bed, 50" fs smart TV, ceiling fan, & closet; 80sf full bath/laundry; 280sf LR/full kit w/ service for 6, 65" fs smart TV, ceiling fan, queen sofa bed, love seat rocker/recliner w/ console; all wrapped in foam insulation for max sound barrier.

Farm House On the Hill -Entire House

Our Farm House On the Hill is a quite, peaceful house located on our Family Farm. Our location is perfect for cross-country travelers only a few minutes away from the Interstate. It is also conveniently located a short distance from Cabot, Jacksonville & Little Rock. We are a working farm so during your stay you could experience calves being born or hay being baled. We are also pet and livestock friendly. We do have the capabilities to stable or pasture your livestock during your stay.

If you love to be greeted by friendly, nosy sheep then this is the place for you! Welcome to our little farm, we love when guests feel at home in our little farmhouse. Sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee while watching the sheep, goats, and horses graze. Sit on the back porch at night during the summertime and watch the beautiful fireflies! This is a place to relax and unwind from the the hustle and bustle while enjoying a little taste of farm life.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

The Cottage has rare private parking on Main Street, steps away from great restaurants and bars, a few blocks from Simmons Arena, and next to downtown Little Rock (3 min. car ride). The private cottage is next to the historic Baker House. Remodeled for modern comfort with local amenities. Perfect for travelers!

Entire private 2 bedroom guesthouse located in the heart of town in a great safe neighborhood and close to the ASU Beebe campus, Harding University, Little Rock Air Force Base and convenient shopping at Wal-mart . This private guesthouse comes with a covered parking space with a beautiful fenced-in yard with deck and fire pit . We gladly allow pets (with prior approval) for an additional fee of $25 per pet .
