Master bedroom features a cashmere topped California king bed. The property has so many amenities starting with a very large pool, lighted at night. A dock on the river to enjoy the views. Access to kayaks on premises. There’s a private clothing optional area/deck with a massage table , hot tub and loungers. We recently added a fire pit.

LJ’s Beach House is located in beautiful North Jacksonville Beach. The House offers 3 bedrooms/2 full baths. Sleeping arrangements can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and provides the perfect getaway, family vacation, office retreat or just time away from the daily grind. The outdoor area is a tropical oasis where you can relax/unwind. Backyard includes a large pool, connected hot tub, fire pit, large covered porch and ample outdoor seating. Please note that we do NOT allow parties.

The master boasts its own, ensuite, tv, fireplace and sitting area, as well as a private entrance from the pool and hot tub area. The house itself has newer furnishings, flooring, modern decor, a large fenced in backyard, pickle ball court and firepit. Located in a safe South East Suburb of Jacksonville, not far from shopping, beaches and many other Florida attractions.

Airbnb has made host(s) hide Airbnb fees in the host’s price- that is why advertised price has increased! Airbnb takes over 15%. Only rented out for certain weekends to guests with reviews. (2 people max.) Your little haven will have a screened pool enclosure attached to the pool house’s private porch. During rental times, the pool area is private for you, neighbors aren’t able to see as well. Sorry, this place is not for gatherings, -of any kind. Absolutely no children.
