The location is excellent, one block from Shopping mall Alto Palermo, near Santa Fe Ave, with excellent restaurants, cafes, cinemas, video stores and easy access to Recoleta, Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho. This location offer easy access to everywhere in the city, by subway, bus, car rental or taxis. The apartment is located in the first floor with a total of 8 apartments in the whole building. This construction has very high ceilings, with ornate plaster work and an original Pinotea Norwegian wooden floor, which creates an extremely warm and homely feel to the apartment. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 minutes walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. Recoleta and Palermo are walking distance away. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The use of the Jacuzzi in winter is not recommended. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.
