V objektu je k dispozici spaní pro 4 lidi ve 2 ložnicích s možností 2 přistýlek. Název "Všudeblízko" získal tento objekt již při samotné rekonstrukci, kde bylo zjištěno, že je opravdu všude blízko. Nádraží 400m, Penny market 150m, cukrárna 120m, náměstí 100m, autobus 100m, pošta 50m, CD bar - 50m, lékárna 40m.
