The spacious property allows serenity and the homey comforts & unique touches will make it a memorable stay. The outdoor fire table provides a cozy evening retreat to unwind and town is only minutes drive away. Kanab Pad will make an excellent home base for your vacation adventures!

Pickleball Paradise 1 w/Hot Tub

Enjoy your visit in our beautiful area while staying in our NEW two bedroom (sofa bed available), two bath duplex. Each bedroom has a king size bed, TV, convenient charging outlets, and a closet. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (queen size). There is a door to allow for additional privacy separating the sofa bed from the other two bedrooms for more comfortable sleeping arrangements. Private hot tub and access to a shared professional pickleball court with only two other properties.

This family friendly home offers 1 Sleep Number King bed, 1 queen bed, bunk beds for the kids, 2 car garage, fast wifi, and pet friendly back patio/yard with a water feature.
