This is our 100+ year old shotgun bungalow located in the historic and vibrant Volker neighborhood. We called this home for better than 10 years. During that time, we completely renovated it, while keeping the historic charm. Two kids later..... we're now offering it to you. You get the place all to yourself. No noise annoyances above, or below. Just a nice, quiet, and peaceful home to call your own. The home has one bedroom with a Queen size bed, as well as a sleeper couch in the front room/library. A library of books and movies. A bicycle, helmet, and lock. Even a sewing machine.
