It is an apartment of 40sm with a unique view to sea and mountain,which makes it panoramic to the sight! It's only a mile from a clean and sandy beach. Also in that mile alone there's coffee,mini markets and bakery! The view is fantastic,alsoOur house is welcoming and due to the latest clean conditions with additional cleaning supplies as required, detol cream soap, all areas from floor to furniture switches bathroom and kitchen pasted with bleach and alcohol, which is also provided to guests,

My place is a luxury first floor villa of 100 sq m, which can accommodate up to 8 people. The surrounding area is private, has a large and beautiful garden, comfortable parking, a large swimming pool of 50 sq.m. with bbq, sitting areas and 2 w.c. It is 2.5 km from the sea (5 minutes by car) and 15 km from Eleftherios Venizelos Airport (15 minutes by car). It is ideal for couples, families and large groups. Combined with another villa on the neighboring plot, it accommodates up to 22 people.

Built on the forested hillside, and a short 10' walk to the sea, our recently renovated summer house is perfect for relaxed holidays. Set in a large garden, it has this ‘easy-living’ feel to it, with lots of corners to lounge, a perfectly equipped kitchen, and large dining tables for al fresco dining. You are less than 30' drive from the airport, and 45' from Athens, but sitting out on the terrace, listening to the cicadas and looking out to the sea, it feels like you are on an island.
