We love this beautiful and large (1200 sqft) condo with a big wrap around lanai and expansive views of fairway 13 of the Kona Country Club. We have installed the AC system in 2026. We are on the 2nd floor of building 7 and super close to the ocean. Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated resort. It includes 3 lit tennis courts, a large swimming pool that can accommodate lap swimming, and several BBQs.

Hale Kapena (Captain's House)

Hale Kapena (Captain's House) is a cute golf course frontage condo with peekaboo ocean views. This cozy unit features one full bedroom and a convertible second sleeping area in the living room area. Great for visiting guests or children. This ground floor unit offers easy access with a reserved parking place. Also early check-in or late check-out, if available, can be requested for additional fees.

We are in a great location next to the swimming pool, barbecue area & tennis courts and a short walk to the sandy beach. Our assigned parking stall is located directly outside the front door with visitor parking located next to the assigned parking or across the parking lot.
