Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout, Butcher Block Countertops, Stainless appliances, large situp bar, flatscreen TV (No cable, but internet), full subway tile tub surround, and most importantly comfortable king bed in room #1, along with a rare Twin over Queen bunk bed in Bedroom #2. Comfortable studio condo offers a king size bed, a full bathroom, kitchenette, and patio. There are areas to store your bikes and your skis for you to enjoy all that Silver Mountain Resort has to offer. This is my summer home. You will enjoy this peaceful natural setting just 2 1/2 miles north of Wallace and less than 20 minutes from Lookout Pass and Silver Mountain Ski Resorts. You can float down the North Fork of the Coeur d' Alene River or bicycle the Hiawatha or Trail of the Coeur' d Alene. There are miles of ATV and hiking trails. Large parking area for a RV or trailer. Well insulated for winter visits. There are many historic sites nearby including gold and silver mine tours.
