Situated in Aberdeenshire, ideally located for exploring the castles, hill-walking and the many amenities that Kemnay has to offer. Old Stable cottage is a 1 bedroom converted Barn/Stable, with fully serviceable kitchen, Fabulous large walk-in shower, beautifully converted living room, wifi, large wall mounted TV and fully central heated, warm & Cosy, sleeps 2 in the upper bedroom, has a small enclosed garden and parking space at the side, and we do welcome small well-behaved dogs. We are situated in the heart of Aberdeenshire, close to miles of walking, cycling and located perfectly to base your adventure from.

Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese and an excellent Morrisons Daily shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.
